"My 2 week old Suburu was stuck in park. When I called the dealer, No one could tell me how to fix it. The sales people, sales manager. Of course it was in the evening, so the mechanics had gone home. Eventually they told me to have it towed. Probably a bad transmission. I called Omar and in 2 minutes he had me on my way home. The emergency brake button was on. If you ever need assistance, call Omar first. He was the nicest person on the phone. Very kind. I definitely will call him first in the future.
